I hear many folks saying don't worry about hair shedding unless its "boatloads of hair" or "hand fulls of hair" That's a great general statement, but what does it really mean?
I'm 35 years from time to time when I can continuously run my hands rapidly through my hair I can get around 10 hairs to fall out, is that "boatloads"?
