neglecting probability got you the wrong answer (to a really easy question)

HMI not only doesn't have phase II results, it's literally not even done the treatment stage of the tiny phase I
They were going to do a global phase 2 directly in the US, EU, Australia and China because the drug has already passed phase 1 for endometriosis. Australian regulators didn't like that so they're doing a phase 1 in Australia.
This has been mentioned multiple times in this thread so how about you read it instead of being retarded and cherry-picking older posts before this information was known?

Yes, an easily predictable thing happened and bumped the availability of this therapy back several years.

Is there any particular reason to believe the IND granted by the FDA for phase II wasn't limited to Androgenetic Alopecia in women only?

I've seen this assumption all over the place here and online, without any links to a source...maybe I just missed it?

These applications are almost totally confidential, to incentivize companies to provide all relevant data. The FDA typically won't even acknowledge their existence if asked, unless a company has.

The belief that regulatory bodies would just be cool skipping the most basic safety step for a non life-threatening condition...

Shouldn't have passed the smell test

Of course it was possible, but it didn't happen. Not in Australia (and maybe not in the US)

Frankly I'm the one that predicted this outcome, believing that it kind of mattered when the new therapy comes online (even if it's the cure)

The spin that this is some kind of "black swan" regulatory surprise and that makes the earlier timeline predictions more reasonable (and less wrong)...

is kind of dumb

this isn't cherry picking - this was literally one of the first opportunities to test some earlier predictions

to see who was talking out of their *** (guess who it was)
