About almost a year ago, a surgeon removed an eyebrow scar, by replacing it with a much finer and smaller scar. Despite it having been performed about 10 months ago, there are no strands growing on that area. I have a bald spot on my eyebrow after his procedure and it is really bothering me.
I can see alot of hair follicles (small dots) on the bald spot, by looking at the bald area of my eyebrow through a magnifier.
Are the follicles dead? Why are there only some little thin strands growing out of a very few of them?
