Anyone with finas, Dutas, minoxidil and doing lithium?

Hello, my psiquiátrica recommend to take lithium for my bipolar, I ready lot of hair loss, but not much if people take lithium while in finas, Dutas, etc, maybe it could help to avoid lithium hair loss? All help it's appreciated, thanks you all
