Anyone using Saw P. how much do you take daily?

im taking 320 mg of the gnc formula. 100% daily value zinc and copper, pygeum bark extract, ginseng extract, 85% free fatty acids, 5% sterols. i dont know if taking any more day would make a difference. i need to find it cheaper somewhere else with the same beneficial ingredients though,
