I think it depends on the mechanism of your hairloss. For traditional male pattern baldness, I'm sure it does nothing. But if you have thin, brittle, diffuse loss throughout your scalp, then it could help.

I've been taking it since May 04 along w/ a boatload of other supplements. No help.

hmm i tried it for a few days..i couldn t continue..i had very side effects..specially on my neck..redness,burn,irritation..dosage of gingko is important..i used solgar brand..later i used a combination which have gingko(for 3 months)..some herbs with gingko(a few dosage like 20-30 mg,no side effects)..it didn t work..perheaps a topical application is more effective..i never read a success story about gingko..

Yes, it does increase scalp and general circulation. I would think that it would allow MORE dht in the blood to reach the follicle.

What if we applied a topical version of gingko biloba to increase blood circulation?! Dht is made when theres low oxygen so better blood flow =normal oxygen level
