I'm not a finasteride man, so don't fill this thread with 'just take propecia/finasteride etc.' 'cos it's not really the thread to discuss it.
Basically, I was led to believe a while back that taking supplements such as Advecix/Advecia/Whatever they're called, the ones which contain mostly Saw Palmetto & Green Tea extract etc. would help with combating hair loss. I currently use Regenepure shampoo and Lipogaine Minoxidil to tackle my issues, so I was wondering is it beneficial in the slightest to continue buying these supplements? I've personally never noticed any difference so I was wondering if anybody else has?
Also, I've seen studies that show Saw Palmetto does reduce DHT, if so why aren't Saw Palmetto supplements mentioned more frequently on these forums as 'must haves'.
Considering how expensive these 'hair loss solution' supplements are, I'm leaning to towards not wasting any more of my money. However, if people have seen results due to Saw Palmetto, maybe it would be more cost effective to just buy pure Saw Palmetto supplements instead?
