Advice Req'd

Hi All... I'm 22 and have noticed my hair is thinning. But realistically, I would be over the moon if i could maintain my current head of hair for many years to come.

What treatments would you guys recommend from a "maintenance" point of view, not from the point of view of someone who is bald and trying to regrow hair. I know of people using propecia and minoxidil etc and shedding and don't wanna risk that. I already tried propecia and hated the results.

Any products or advice you guys could give would be most appreciated.

Definately propecia if you are looking to maintain (propecia doesnt necessarily regrow hair). Also nizoral shampoo. Dont be scarred about the 'shed', if you want to maintain your hair propecia is the way to go
