That is a long read. Here is the gist: they use cultured dermal papilla cells along with a small amount of epidermal stem cells (stem cells from your bone marrow, fetal foreskin can also be used----but they are not going to be getting skin from abortion clinics so its gonna be yours) and put them in small cylinders of biodegradable tissue scaffolds to give direction to your cellular "shoot-ups". The scaffolds will diminish over time and you will have new growing hair that is just like your donor hair. Its extremely complicated stuff however.
