His donor area was assessed to be good with thick, dark hair suitable for extraction.

2. Pre-op Prep:
The patient’s scalp was shaved and cleaned, and a skin sensitivity test for anesthesia was performed results were normal.
3. Anesthesia:
Painless local anesthesia is administered using a vibration technique to ensure maximum comfort.
4. Extraction:
Using a 0.9 mm serrated titanium punch under magnification, 4500 grafts were
extracted carefully over a period of 2.5 hours. Graft quality was excellent—the majority being double- and triple-rooted grafts.
Graft Profile:
Grafts were stored at 4°C in a graft chiller using Gro Factor and hypothermal solutions to maintain viability.
6. Slit Making:
A sapphire blade (0.9 mm) is used to create natural-angled slits, ensuring correct direction and density for realistic hair regrowth.
7. Implantation:
Grafts were implanted using K.E.E.P. implanters according to their root structure. The implantation process took approximately 3.5 hours.
8. Post-op Care:
Dressing was applied post-procedure. Rakesh was provided medications, recovery instructions, and a direct contact number for any post-op support.
As expected, the implanted hairs entered the shedding phase by the end of the first month. Two PRP sessions were done during this time. The donor area healed quickly, and transplanted hairs began the renewal cycle.
B) Baby Hair Growth Phase (4–6 Months):
Tiny new hairs began appearing, especially in the front and mid-scalp regions. The third PRP session further stimulated hair growth and density.
C) Active Growth Phase (7–9 Months):
Noticeable changes began thickening of transplanted hair, increased density, and coverage in the crown area. Rakesh expressed surprise at the transformation. One more booster PRP was done at this stage.
D) Final Result (12 Months):
