Here's what I think... not fapping is equivalent to not having sex. Do you really want to give up sex just so you can have hair? I don't think the trade off is worth it. That's one. The other is... it's complete nonsense.

I have tried something similar with topical antibiotic. It works at first, but I think resistance develops and it stops being effective. It also doesn't help with 'breakouts' due to high stress.
