I am on one mg of finasteride per day. You guys have me considering taking 1 mg every other day. I think it may cut down on sides, hopefully it wouldn't increase hairloss.

I injected 10 mg of finasteride into my heart and within 10 minutes my male pattern baldness had disappeared. So it doesn't seem unreasonable that you would see regrowth after your first pill.

I honestly experienced the same thing. Propecia gave me noticeable sides, but i felt like it controlled my hairloss. Since switching over to Proscar my sides have disappeared, but I don't feel like it is doing anything
