I read some patient did this. But it will be a big problem if later in life he decides to get rid of the hairpiece. He will be left with an awkward hairline in front and nothing behind.

A buzz cut is better then acombover anyday. Gives an impression of fullness. Only problem, if you have no hairline, it tends to not benefit as much. The ideal is to get a frontal framing with fue and then go for a buzzcut. It works wonders.
