I have been on Rogaine foam for about 5 weeks now and still shedding like crazy. I added nizoral 1% midway through the 5 week period. I know the people at Rogaine tell you to consult a doctor if you're still shedding after 2 weeks... When will this shed end? Should I be worried?

The box says to contact my doctor if the shed hasn't subsided in 2 weeks. Everyone on here seems to shed for much longer than 2 weeks. I am on week 5 and shedding like crazy. How long can I expect this to keep up? Thanks for all input.

Is it just me, or does this stuff have an overwhelming smell. It's not terrible, but I wonder if there is an unscented version that I am unaware of. Any ideas on how to limit the smell?
