Have you tried using just the Rogain foam and not gel? Reason I ask is I used to use gel as well. Then I tried to foam, and it does a decent job styling and holding my hair. I haven't used gel since.

I had a few more questions but didn't want to flood the board with another thread. 1. All the hair I've lost during this "shed" will come back, right? And is there somewhere I can read about the shed. My doctor didn't mention anything about that. 2. I know it takes about a year to see...
