    Exploring The Hormonal Route. Hair=life.

And sort of bald now although I don't know the progression of his hair loss. Some times it comes quickly after 50.

    I am so worried man.

I don't think it looks bad at all yet. What's worrisome is the acne since that is often linked to hair loss. Are you using Keto? I recommend that and also Selsun Blue which can help with acne and dermatitis. Finasteride might help as well since acne and baldness are both caused by DHT. I think...

    Exploring The Hormonal Route. Hair=life.

That guy is pretty damn strategic and intelligent. He did an interview on 60 minutes, I think it was, and he just demolished the reporter and got the best of every question. If he would just become a leader among Slavic nations and stop the discrimination and harassment of gay and transgender...

Is it normal to shed some miniaturized hairs? Is hair typically thicker on the sides and the back than the crown or temples?

That is a bit hard to assess without seeing pictures but it does not seem that you think you are balding.

Please help. Oral minoxidil is making my hair thinner than ever.

Unless someone does oral min monotherapy, the problem is that we all take a few meds that might work so it is hard to judge say, oral min a 1mg vs. 5mg and so on. I have used 6.25mg and 12.5 mg and 25 mg daily at different times but probably 12.5mg twice daily has worked best for me but it's...

It is a sulfur and selenium dandruff shampoo. Did you try H&S medicated or regular? They have different base minerals.

I am microneedling right now so if anyone has any questions as to the process or anything else, please ask.

Alternatives To The Big Three? Looking For Recommendations For A Compounded Treatment

I was in jest. I think that the lash and brow enhancers might be a better choice for everyone. We all have limited resources and your product for the well-heeled person could help with the anti-oxidants and all but I don't think it is likely to belong with the Big 3 in the same category. But...

I would try Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders medicated in addition to Keto. Selsun Blue is good for dermatitis, dandruff, acne and inflammation. Minoxidil is OTC and you could try two percent. When you are 18, you could try finasteride or dutasteride. Acne, dermatitis, bacterial infections, dandruff...

Alternatives To The Big Three? Looking For Recommendations For A Compounded Treatment

No, I don't have my own product, yet! I am working on Janey's Formula X with castor oil, caffeine, polysorbate 80 and a couple of proprietary things. Right now we finished round 2 of testing with an expected release date of May 5, 2028, if round three pans out. However, neither of the first two...

Alternatives To The Big Three? Looking For Recommendations For A Compounded Treatment

Ha. Arginine and polysorbate were my next two guesses and yes, it is full of extracts. $60 bucks a month seems pretty steep. Minoxidil is otc and only ~$30. I am sure you are a nice guy but this is basically what people were using in the early 80's when there were few options. Polysorbate might...

Your hair looks fine in pic 2. Your dermatologist sounds like someone from 1979. That's just pathetic advice. Can you say your name and what you might like to use. You write lots, like me.

Alternatives To The Big Three? Looking For Recommendations For A Compounded Treatment

Sigh. Stimulation complex and I can guess what's in there, probably biotin, L-cysteine, extract of some plant like Palmetto, placental factors, something harvested from the ocean with ocean-y goodness and probably if lucky, something similar to minoxidil but not nearly as good.
