    What Norwood scale would be?

First off, one picture from only one angle can only tell so much. Also you are pulling your hair in an exagerrated way that would show scalp in the corners no matter what the hair line was. You are actually pulling your temporal points up towards the top of your head when they don't grow that...

Can finasteride cause this? Got to have those 7 words.

Still not sure if I lost a few hairs in the spot I am talking about yet or not. Not sure if I just can't get the light exactly the same, the angle exactly the same (took many photos to try), or if my hair color is changing enough to alter, the direction I am pulling the hair, or a combination of...

Anybody ever accidently pull a hair out?

@jazz1 Guess it's just me that accidently pulls a hair out sometimes. Figured it might be fairly normal.

Can finasteride cause this? Got to have those 7 words.

Taking 0.25mg a day. We all know it's hard to take pictures in the exact perfect angle and light and the mirror is not the best way to tell. But could finasteride cause thickening and or regrowth everywhere else, including the temples/corrners but cause you to lose 3 to 8 hairs in the very...

Anybody ever accidently pull a hair out?

Obviously if you have really short hair you probably wouldn't even notice, but for y'all with medium or long hair do you ever accidently pull a hair out, by getting it caught on your hand, seatbelt, or whatever else? I do it occasionally and it bugs me terrible. It's like I can feel it missing...

    Can't ever just be OK.

Dang, been looking in the mirror again and really am thinking I have lost hairs right in the center of my hair line and the corners appear to not look as full, or as good as they did a month or two ago. I compared photos and it's tough to tell. My hair is getting more and more grey/white. Like...

Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

@infamousrodi No, no, just keep taking it for two weeks, and do what I said above.

Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

My honest advice is simply give it two weeks. Just do it and see where it's at. Trust me two weeks will not make the "possible gyno" worse. Just see if your chest feels tender, especially at the nipples, or looks any different in two weeks. Just try it.

Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

Actually you may want to avoid cardio. There is a scientific reason why. Basically it won't help build muscle and it will help keep your body fat percentage up and work against building muscle. Sorry for the sloppy answer.

Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

Here is a quick list of things to do. Takes about an hour the way I do it at home. Probably will take less time at a gym because your weight will be higher allowing you to drop reps. 1. Limit carbs...for now. Focus on protein. Many people try to cram in big chunks of protein in their 3 or 4...

Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

^ So you're basically only doing part of a mass building program...also know as 5x5 strong lifts. And you're eating a diet (fast food or basically anything) like somebody who is trying to build mass....I think you answered your question as to why you are starting to not like the way you are...

Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

@NickyA Yeah, I think 12% to 17% body fat is generally the best looking depending on the individual. That sub 10% stuff just generally looks weird. I mean when you look at Greek gods they had low body fat and slim waist to shoulder ratios but they still had girth to their waist. A good example...

Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

Dude, if you want I can tell what I am doing. You can do it all at home with resistance bands, two liter drink bottles, gallon jugs, and body weight, at least for the time being. Eventually you will need to get proper weights or go to a gym. I will have go myself before much longer. It takes...

Yeah, he slightly got his waist/girth a bit too lean for my liking also. At some point it does start to look a little strange.

Not gyno. You need to work out. You nees to eat plenty of calories, but lean more towards the protein side for sure since your body fat percentage is already starting on a higher side vs leaner side. You should limit carbs...at least for now.
