Taking a finasteride break for trying for baby

What @5minutesbeforemiracle said. You're safe. Hairloss takes a long time to resume once you drop treatments, it took 1 year for me to notice. You are wise dropping treatments to have a baby, but just FYI, i had the good news, without warning, taking finasteride, just 3 months after my wife...

how to switch from topical to oral minoxidil

Stop complicating guys, if topical doesn't work, try oral. 1.5mg might be enough, but I use 12mg and I've no side effects with this dosage. Still, consult with a physician, they know better, as long as they're experienced with hairloss, which by the way, they're rare. Still, they know your...

Oral minoxidl for hair loss - is this right medication?

Yeah, I thought about it, as well as b6, dandelion, magnesium, less salt. But it didn't subside, so I reduced dosage. I feel I still take advantage of a high dosage, coupled with less side effects this way. 10 to 15mg is the sweet spot for me, it may vary to others. But judging on the effect...

Oral minoxidl for hair loss - is this right medication?

No mate, I take around 10 or 12 mg, hence the 10 times the op's dosage (1.25*10). It's hard to grasp how much I take because I eyeball it with the dropper. And yes, I take the liquid version, much cheaper and effects are the same I guess.

Oral minoxidl for hair loss - is this right medication?

You won't be taking any risks with 1.25mg. I take 10 times that dosage daily and I'm 47 yo. Get ready to become a furry animal because it'll act much faster on your body hair before it does on your scalp. I never had hair on my back and now its covered in peach fuzz. Chest, legs, arms, the...

Topical dutasteride will destroy your hairline - STAY AWAY!!!

Topical dutasteride is not guaranteed to penetrate far enough to be effective, due to its molecular weight, so basically you're attributting your hairloss to dutasteride, when you should be attributting it to male pattern baldness. Still, fighting this sh*t for 20 years and having two transplants tells me that...
