Its been going on and off since nearly a year. It started up 2 days ago after shampooing with Nizoral. Its unbearable. Feels like someone is pouring hot water on my head! I dont actually think the hairs on my temples are miniturized, there's just not many compared to the rest of my hair.

Im aware of DHT but im asking how come some men with male pattern baldness recede and keep on receding where as some men keep their mature hairline but thin.
