Hi guys I wondering for someone in my case just starting off with finasteride., how long should i be on it before considering an hair transplant?? Are you supposed to continue on it right before and after the transplant or be off of it temporaily? Thx

Dont the pics mean anything?? Also the surgeon showed videos of patients hair as he ran his comb through the hair at the back of the head where the scar is. It was quite difficult to see. He also showed patients photos before and after.

Is the one and only reason people are against FUT is because of the scar?? Not that its a small side effect or anything. Ive done consultations and past patients photos were shown to me with the FUT scar barely noticable when hair was not super short

My logic is...even though hair around the transplanted hair may/will become thinner etc...at least for the time being..having my current state improved in the present and years in the future is critical. If i worry about patchy hair that will occur down the road then I may keep putting the hair transplant off

Hi guys Is it common nowadays to have the 2nd FUT strip removed from the 1st previous scar area after years of healing and regrowth of the 1st scar?? I think it would make sense rather than slicing otger areas. I guess if youre gonna have a scar it may as well be only one. Thanks
