I just realized that arimidex is really damn expensive. any cheaper route than this 10$ a tab Anti-Estrogen?

I'm 23 years old, started thinning maybe 2 years ago (not really sure) currently on the big 3 (2 weeks now). I'm expecting to see some thickness in 6-12 months.

Under the side effects it mentions "lower libido and sex drive" I'm 2 weeks on finasteride I was expecting to sacrifice some of my libido but it feels as if my sex drive increased 2x, also, a few years ago I lost "morning woods" for some unknown reason, now I'm getting them back every morning...
