Unmarked Shipping - ALWAYS!
All packages will arrive to you without any mention of "Hair Loss" on them, anywhere. The return address will say HLT & Webgistix which happens to be our fulfillment service. So do not worry about being embarrased when your package arrives.
Important: once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer in control of it. FedEx and USPS take over at that point, and they may need your help in effectively delivering the package to you. We provide you with tracking information so that you can coordinate delivery with the carrier. If you contact us, we just end up contacting them, and they end up contacting you. You can contact FedEx at 1-800-GOFEDEX and the US Postal Service at 1-800-222-1811.
When will my order ship?
All orders received before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. This means if you placed an overnight order at 1pm Eastern on Friday, you will not receive it until Tuesday because it will not ship until Monday morning.
How long will my shipment take?
That depends on the shipping method you chose. The typical shipping times are quoted next to each shipping option. But those are just general times. We have three shipping options for the USA: US Postal Service Ground, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express. We have two options for International orders: Global Priority Mail (via the USPS) and FedEx International.
We ship from the northeast, so shipments to the east coast come quite quickly. Thanks to USPS and FedEx however, shipments even to California should arrive within 5 business days, at the most. With 193 countries in the world, its impossible to be specific, but Global Priority Mail usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days for nearly all of Europe. We highly recommend FedEx for international if you are in a more difficult to reach country. They provide complete shipping tracking and insurance.
How much does shipping cost?
Actually, our store calculates shipping real-time for you. Depending on how much you have in your shopping cart (weight), and how far from our warehouse you are located, we query FedEx and USPS just before you arrive on the shipping page screen. They give us the rates, and we display them to you, for that particular order. After you add to cart the first screen or two is the shipping screen, so you can see exactly how much it will cost before proceeding.
