I started losing my hair in spots in 2007, went to the dermatologist, was told it was alopecia areata, & tried two different treatments that didn't help. My hair continued to thin & fall out that by Christmas of 2007, I had very little hair & bought me a wig. I was under a lot of stress because my husband had multiple sclerosis & was in the hospitals/nursing homes for 9 months in 2006, & was in & out of the hospital several times in 2007-2008. He was totally disabled, & when he was at home, I did most of his care. Unfortunately, he passed away on 3/20/09, which was a real difficult time for me & still is at times.
