So its been about a month since my last check in . I am feeling a little better than last  check in but im still struggling. I went to se my doctors a few times in the past month and went through some highs and lows. I made the decision to stop using all of my treatments just to see if it helps or doesnt. I feel like if it helps great if not ok, but maybe me accepting the fact that i may just be bald for the rest of my life is better. Better mentally i mean. I have been severly depressed about it all and just want to move on with my life. If anyone reads this and it is just begining for you know that acceptance is the key and as long as you move your feet your doing good. I am truly greatful that i have had the support of everyone especially my husband. I have also decided to seek out counseling for my husband and myself. I tend to forget we are both going through this . I am up or down from day to day , depending on how well i painted on my eyebrows or got my fske eylashes on. My  husband is the closest to me so he gets the brunt of it all. I am working on it! Well untill next time.........
