I have a receeding hairline. I have had it for a while and it seems to be getting worse. I have been to dermatologists and trichologists to no avail. Looking for solutions.

My hair is now coming out in clumps, not sure if this is because I have had a very stressful year or it is the same reason as to why I am receeding.
