Im thinning at the front. My temples and the middle front part are all disappearing. I am 36. I started going grey at 17 and started thinning at 21. By the time i was 30 most of my hair was grey and i was pretty thin at the front. I have had 2 lots of transplant surgery which has helped me regain my confidence quite a lot. In total i have had about 2000 grafts in total. I am about to get another surgery done. I was on Rogaine for years (terrible stuff) made my hair look like pubes! Was also on FInasteride which slowed down my hair loss a lot but i have gone off it now as it is a expensive and losing battle. I have tried a lot of natural remedies but none seem to work.
