I have been using Rogaine/Regaine for 10 years. There are times when it looks like I am maintaining what I have. However, it seems as if my hair is thinning again. It is all very confusing and distressing. Some dermatologist were not able to help. There are times when I do prepare myself that I will lose all my hair one day and will have to come to terms with it. Other times, I told myself that there is something that I can do. Not sure what will happen to my head of hair when I hit my forties or fifties. However, time will tell....
