Originally I started this blog way way back. Please feel free to check my blogs.   My final blog ended with me saving money in hard times like these and putting what's more important in life. I can say, the fact I'm not on any hair loss treatments,  Regaine Extra Strength or Nizoral shows my hair hasn't change much at all. Possibly 1 or 5 hairs but nothing drastic on my receding temples.

I question myself.....whats the cause? My mother side, dad was bald and if gene is passed on. I'm certain to be bald someday. (Big assumption)

Was it stress levels? Possible?  My diet? Probably at the time.

All I can think that I use to do and I don't do or very rarely do now is and vice versa:

DON'T DOS anymore:

I don't drink MUCH, (only for SPECIAL occasions, e.g. 3 times a year)

I don't use hair gel

I dont use hair spray and/or wax (defintely a harmful factor for me)

I dont have long hair anymore

I dont eat junk OR MUCH junk. A treat myself once a week, either cake or sweet (moderate and reasonable amount)

I don't use conditioner

I don't wash my hair with shampoo everyday,   just once for every two days

DOs:

I exercise very frequently  (e.g. 3/4 times a week)

I eat a very healthy diet (Vitamins, Vegetables, High Protein (reasonable amount in calculation of my body weight), daily requirements of folic acid, iron, calcium, etc etc. There's so much!

Fruits: Kiwi, Avocado, Cranberries, Raspberries, Leeks, Celery, etc.

Drinking alot of water,  2L's a day

Getting alot of sleep (8hrs 30 mins/9hrs minimum)

Summary is: My point is,  even if I stick to the hair loss, it will only be time consuming (in my opinion) which it was. Applying it twice a day, waiting for application to be dried and cannot perform exercise or sweating to weaken the process. With so many restrictions, I couldn't enjoy life. Yes, I still don't want to go bald but as much I'd like to gain my hair back on my receding temples, there's little I can do to STOP it.    With AGE process playing a part and me getting older, I have to face the facts and can only slow the process down.

This is my blog and my personal opinion and experience with hair loss products. Others have good results, others don't get any, others have results but tiny folicle hairs as a result and i'm one of them.

Would I consider hair transplant? I'm no fan of surgery, I'm no risk taker

I hope to put photos very soon so there is a contrast of BEFORE and AFTER as it has been a while.

Until then, enjoy and whether you are considering treatments or undergoing for it, don't give up hope and all the best of luck.

Hopefully it may work for you or may not. who knows....

Enjoy your rest of your holidays and hope you all have a Happy New Year.

See you all in the New Year.

Hi guys, for those who remember me while back i was on Nizoral anti dandruff shampoo and Regaine Normal strength for 2 months then upgraded to Extra Strength. I've still have my hair on the receding temples, as far as i'm aware, i'm only losing very very minimal, was it the help of Regaine?

Not sure. It had been said that, once i use it, i have to use it for the rest of my life. I have not experienced any new hair follicles mainly due to the lack of scalp coverage at the receding temple, there were very microscope small and weak hair for the 9 months.

Long story, short, i've decided to take the plunge and stop Regaine and blog the 2-4 weeks or any future changes to my receding temples. As much i'd like to stay on Regaine, its becoming expensive and almost a obsession if i keep trying and in the long run it doesn't work out.

So its worth a shot, hopefully i don't go from Class 2 to Class 2A or Class 3.  Yikes..  I'm still only 21 and a student.

Hi Guys, it has been a while i've done a blog. For those keeping track with my blogs or were (apologises). There few things i did with my life, firstly...I'm embracing baldness, Its another cold winter, exactly the month of december in 2008 and 2009 that i lost hair, probably has to do with the cold weather or lack of water intake.

Either way, i tried my best effort to prevent or slow down my receding temples but i feel like its on the verge of a massive forehead when between the V vertex meets up with my receding temples and eventually recedes to the back of my head when i'm old.

For me, yes i feel like this depression ought to stop so now i've shaved my head to No.2, i don't look particularly great with the look than with hair obviously, lol but i will be going for No 1 cut and perhaps a full shiny bald head.

Pictures will be posted up sometime soon, exam period this month, so ought to do well.

I will be using the regaine treatments for 5 more months, as i still have supplies i bought in a bundle (cost saving). If in general no improvements, which i won't expect as from what i see, hair is lacking strength and slowly thining and scalp gradually receding with it.

So yeah, it took a while to step out in the real world with a No 2 haircut, just a matter of getting it to No1 and completely shaved.

On the bright side, i'm enjoying life without having to worry so much combing my hair, taking long time to dry it, or style it or comb overs. Baldness was going to happen to me eventually, i guess, best to embrace baldness now than later, maybe perhaps a girl will like my shiny head :-)

Happy days and Happy New Year 2010 everyone, hope you have some happy resolutions for this year.
