My doctor was afraid to give me any oral medications so I only used topicals. The hair grew back (but then again that could have been the pregancy hormones), but after the baby the hair came out. Now i deal with thin edges and a bald sections in the middle of my scalp. Thank goodness i do have hair long enough to cover it but i just want my hair back. I am very self conscious about it.
