The hair loss started for me from last two years and i just ignored it. But now i am serious and i want to stop and regrow my hair. I am ready to undergo the best possible treatment. And according to most of hair loss patterns i am also loosing hair from my forehead and at center of my head. I work on the merchant ships so i have to stay at least six months away from the land. Further my daily routines on the ship are normal but at many times i have to work overnight so sometimes my sleeping schedule is also not proper. Further i smoke regularly and drink occasionally. But my food habits are good and i don't eat junk food. So this is my story. And i will like to know which is the best possible treatment for me...
