At age 35 I noticed my crown getting thinner, so I would add extensions and/or wear hairpieces from time to time. My next career move was working for a well known hair replacement franchise, so again I wasn't concerned over my thinning crown, because my "before and after" photos were my best selling tools. Wearing semi-permanent hair systems are great but they are expensive and time consuming to upkeep.
