I am 24 years old, I used to have fuller - thicker hair until I turned 14 years old, it started gradually falling off. After that, each year, it just kept getting worse. If you see me, you would think the texture of my hair is thin, but not balding but I'm really trying to avoid all that together.
Everyone kept telling me I need to stop stressing, which I'll admit, I'm a type A personality so I tend to worry. Truth is even at times when I was taking it easy and very relaxed, it didn't do anything for my hair loss. I personally believe people tend to blame stress for anything when they don't have a good answer. My hair was long up to the middle of my back but decided...
