- Tea Tree Oil (31/03/09)

- Vitamin B Complex (100% RDA)
- 1200iu Vitamin D on days I don't get much sun
- 1-3 cups of Green Tea daily
- 1-2 cups of Peppermint Tea daily (31/03/09)
- Biotin B-Complex Thickening shampoo mixed with Ginseng shampoo
- 2 Tablespoon mixed seeds daily (Pumpkin, Sunflower, Sesame)
- Omega 3 several times a week
