Hi

My Story:

About three months ago I found a bald patch roughly the size of a 50p piece above my left ear. Since then this patch has got a bit bigger and I have a few smaller patches. I was diagnosed with alopeica areata (AA). Unfortunately I also now have telogen effluvium (TE) and have lost some eyelashes and my leg hair is only growing round my ankles. My hair was once very thick but is now extremely thin and starting to look patchy especially on my crown. I don't think my prognosis is very good but I keep on hoping.

I would love to hear from others with similar probs as I think my friends are now fed up of listening to me.
