When I was 19, my mother took me to her friends house for a visit, her niece was there and decided that I should be a red head with blonde highlights, I've had normal brown hair and added blonde highlights before then. So I said yes after hearing that she was a professional. She colored my hair the first time and it turned orange, so she said let's dye it again, she put three packets of bleach with the dye and burned my scalp completely.
