Not only did I tell the stylist not to use a specific type of relaxer on my hair, but that is what she chose to do. She also neglected to base my scalp. As a result, I had to run to the sink with half a head applied with chemicals although she requested I wait until she was finished. Unfortunately, the chemicals were not completely neutralized or rinsed out properly. So, not only did I receive severe scalp burns from the initial application, but the chemicals never stopped processing. I have been to several doctors.
