My hair loss started when I was about 18.I have had four hair transplants.My first was when I was 26. The second at age 36. Third at 43. Fourth at 45. The first was at Bosely, had 50 large plugs at the hairline.I used my existing hair to cover the plugs. You know the classic combover. The second transplant I had about 1000 smaller grafts. That procedure really helped soften the larger grafts. Looked ok for a while.
