My 6 year old son has alopisha for the second time. He had it when he was 4 and at that time I took him to many different doctors who all said not to do any treatment because 1 it doesn't always work and 2 because it can be very painful. So we did nothing. It seemed to get worse and worse for about 8 months and then it slowly grew back and totally went away. Just a few days ago I noticed 2 spots again.
