Hi. I am from India. I am a student.From the month of April I am suffering hair loss problem. now I loss more than 60 hairs each day and it became very thin.I have also dandruff problem. I have oily scalp.I am very worried about this situation. I met one dermatologist. He said you have alopecie areta and this is your telogen period of hair. So you are facing this problem. he has suggested to use Tugain 2% for my hair.I am using it last one month but I am not find any improvement. What can i do? Is there any home remedy to get rid from this situation? lossing hair is telogen period is normal?
