Well, my hair has been thinning gradually for probably about the last 15 years but 12 months ago i saw a dramatic change. The texture changed, felt thinner and wispier. I went to see my doctor last October, he did some blood tests which came back normal. I was worried as I'd been taking Nourkrin tablets for six months (which seemed to make a little difference - hair felt healthier and fuller) and then I stopped mainly for financial reasons. When the texture changed I was concerned that I'd done some serious damage through taking the tablets. He didn't seem to think that the tablets would have had an effect.
