I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata when I was 23. I am 25 now and it has stabilized and you can see little hair follicles trying to sprout up and grow but it is taking a long time. I started on different treatment because I wanted my hair to grow back in the spots that it fell out off but also because I have a lot of bald men in my family lol =). Hopefully I can break that trend.
