As a teenager my hair was so full that my head looked sooo big. I had curls and lots of fine hair.
Then beginning in my twenties, the hair began thinning... I am now 42 - of course I still have hair but it's thin, I do not have much hair - you sometimes can see the scalp and the hair quality is poor and the locks are gone....
I only can wear ponytails or updos.
All tests (hormones, zinc, ferritin, iron, thryroid) that were done did not show any reason for my bad hair.
I know that I have been very anxious for quite a long time, my body often is sore. Some doctors said that the stress and the acidity in my body would be the reason for my hair problems.
