FightForIt's Hair Loss Story
At 17 I became a Norwood 2 almost overnight, for the next 9 years I slowly became about a Norwood 3, steep temple recession but still no frontal loss. My crown started thinning, albeit very lightly, it's about 60% density of the rest of my head, so it's not very noticeable unless someone was really looking. Started finasteride 1.25mg/day and Minox 5% almost immediately after turning 26, and within about 8 months was completely back to a Norwood 2.

My mother's side balding pattern which matches me best so far is a Norwood 3 in the front, accompanied by about a 4-5in diameter bald spot in the crown, (He's 82 currently.) Father's side has no loss whatsoever. I'm trying to avoid loss in the crown region.
