When I would brush it or take showers hair came out, but definitely not anything I thought was excessive, until I turned 23 years old. This was definitely a pretty rough time in my life. I had gradutated college and was working in a stressful job that I hated. Things in my life were definitely not going as smoothly as I would have liked. I think i first noticed the hair loss in the shower. I would comb my hair and basically clumps would come out.
