Im 30 yrs old, my hair has been thinning since late 07. At first I figure it was from poor eating, lack of sleep for my thinning hair, so i just left it alone. I began eating very healthy food. like home grown veggies and i would work out 4-5 times a week. But this routine didnt stop my hair from falling out. My hair at one point was so thick and full.
