I have used rogaine initially as well as sprinolactone but I have never noticed any improvement. I have been to a dermatologist who agreed that it was alopecia androgenetica.
As a female, I find it extremely difficult to cope with this as I find that my self esteem has plummeted. I would love to hear if any females have had any success with any treatments at all.
