After the unbeliveable bad experience I had with the woman at the front desk at my 6 month checkup,  I did meet with Dr. Lorenz.  The doctor who performed my transplant.  I told him that I wasn't seeing the results, I thought I would have at this point.  He didn't have much to say other that this process takes time  and I would need to wait longer.  Then He told me that this transplant was Guaranteed. 

I would here this from him again and also from mat, a Bosley rep.  And I would feel relieved at that moment, but then you would deal with other members of the office staff, who would treat me very badley.  Extremely rude and unprofessional, and I would think, what is going on?

I believe this was a strategy by Bosley to confuse and intimidate.  Hair loss for me was embarrassing and made me extremely insecure.  Asking for help with this problem was even more embarrassing.  We've seen how Bosley conducts surveys, so I believe they are very much aware of just how insecure and embarrassed hair loss is.  I believe they exploit this in the worst way.  They try to intimidate you, so that you will not hold them accountable for the unrealistic results that Bosley promises and Guarantees!
