Received card by mail that it was time for my 6 month check up. Called the number on the card, spoke to a Bosley rep, and made appointment, 1 month in advance. I did not request a certain time. I was given the time of appointment by the Bosley rep. Bosley called to remind me of appointment. I called back and confirmed.
I showed up on time at 1 p.m. at Bosley office, which was the time I was given by a Bosley rep. Walked up to the front desk and gave the woman at the front desk my name. She said to me that the doctor takes appointments between 9 - 12. I was confused and didn't know what to say. She was extremely rude and made me feel like I should not be there. (I had just driven over 200 miles in Bad weather and thought I was not going to see the doctor). I asked if the doctor was there and she said - yes, because I have your appoinment on the books, he is going to see you. I'm even more confused and feel very uncomfortable. If she had my appointment scheduled and I called a month in advance and was given the appointment date and time by a Bosley rep, then why is she saying all this to me?
She then said to me that I didn't need to be there because it was to early and the doctor would not be able to tell me anything. She then said, I wish you had talked to me first before you came. And I said, Yes, so do I.
I can't explain to you how bad and confused I felt at this point. Total Confusion! Intimidated! Upset! Embarrassed! From here on I was treated like dirt. I've never delt with people and a company that was so rude and unprofessional. I went back home that day with a bald spot and no answers about what to expect in the future. I truly felt hopeless and very discouraged. I had this uncomfortable feeling in my gut, like something was really wrong! Unfortunately, that was the case, something was very wrong!
