Martin's
Hair Loss Fight |

We finally have a full set of images for Martin's 1 year status
report. Many of you requested pictures with better lighting, and more
angles. We promised they'd be on the way, and here they are. We had
Martin take wet and dry photos when he first started on treatment, and
today we're going to compare each angle wet to wet and dry to dry.
Despite all potential differences in angles, lighting, hair color, and
skin tan, etc, it's very apparent that Martin has seen some amazing
results on this regimen at the 1 year mark. The last picture on the
right is his latest photo.

Wet-Front Comparison Pictures
It has been one year since the beginning of my quest to regrow the hair
I once had, and I must say, this year has flown by. It is hard to believe
that I have actually applied minoxidil to my scalp over 700 times in
hopes of regrowing my confidence and physical appearance. Not to mention
the 365 Propecia pills and numerous piles of Nizoral shampoo lathered
into my scalp.

Wet-Side Comparison Pictures
Don't get me wrong, the work put forth in an attempt to revive my deadened
hair follicles or at the very least save the ones that were left when
I first began treatment was well worth the time, energy, and money involved.
I am so very grateful of the advise and opportunity given to me by the
hairlosstalk.com website to try other avenues in my fight against hairloss.

Wet-Top Comparison Pictures
Just to think, I nearly paid an ungodly amount of money to have some
doctor carve my scalp up like a Halloween pumpkin, and only to find
out that "you will need to come back for 3 or 4 more sessions,"
and at $5,000 a pop. Yikes! Not to mention, these surgeries do absolutely
nothing to prevent future hair loss. I still would have needed to take
the products I am currently on to retain my original hairs.

Dry Top Comparison Pictures
Well, as you can see, I have regrown a significant amount of my hair
I once had. As a result my confidence has skyrocketed, my physical appearance
improved, and my chances of success with the opposite sex increased.
Yet, I have experienced no noticeable negative side effects from the
use of these treatments. Surprisingly, my sexdrive has actually increased
while using these products, and not decreased as they warn might happen
in less than 2% of men. It is truly weird.

Dry Side Pictures
Oh, and the flaking I experienced from the dried minoxidil
in the beginning, for some reason it doesn't occur any longer. At the
most, I can find a faint white line where the product was applied, which
quickly vanishes with a swift rub of the finger. Although, at first
the minoxidol was extremely inconvenient, after a short while of its
use, applying it twice daily becomes second nature, and just another
step I must take while styling my hair.

Baseline Wet to 1 Year Dry
Lately, I have found myself carrying the picture of the photo I took
of my scalp at the beginning of this program, and showing it to my friends
to see what they though. All are extremely surprised at the difference
my hairline has seen within the past year and find it hard to believe
that I could actually have full, thick hair, when all they have seen
me with is a thin, weak hairline. Still, I anticipate more regrowth
atop my head, as I can see longer white hairs slowly growing in where
there once was no visible hair. Please stay tuned and hairlosstalk.com
will keep you posted.
