I dont understand whats going on

I started shedding in august excessively and lots so far 65 percent of my hair. My whole head is see thrpugh in sunlight.
The thing im perplexed on is that im seeing regrowth occuring on my temples and also my hair line. The regrowth looks thick and healthy however on the top of my head im getting hardly any regrowth. My family history is mild mums sidr no hairloss whatsoever everyone is nw1 including grandad at 70s and uncles in 30s. Dad size has mild hl on temples grandad in 70s is nw3 so is dad at 50.
Surely if this was aga the regrowth at the temples will have a hard time growing rathe than the top no one has got diffuse hairloss in my family everyone has thick hair on the top of their hair. I am only 18

you're confusing me. what i meant is usually a shed occurs if you're using something like minoxidil or finestaride. if your shedding while not using one of these then maybe you should see a specialist.

Yeah im not on any meds my hair loss i diffuse and has been rapid so i didnt think it was mpb
